These Terms of Sale govern purchases of goods from ONUOHA TECHNOLOGY INC through ounohabshop.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Ordering & acceptance

An order placed through the site is an offer to buy goods. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or the order fails our fraud checks — and to refund any amount charged.

Pricing & currency

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and reflect the price per unit unless otherwise stated. Full-case and pallet pricing may be confirmed by our trade desk. Prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout, and exclusive of import duties on international orders.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is captured at checkout through our secure payment processors. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the details are accurate.

Wholesale & resale

Goods purchased for resale are sold on a business-to-business basis. Where required by your jurisdiction, you are responsible for holding any resale certificate or business registration and for collecting and remitting applicable taxes on your onward sales.

Title & risk

Title to the goods passes to you on full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier for shipment to the address you provide.

Product descriptions

We take care to describe our goods accurately, including fabric, construction and specifications. Natural materials and garment-dye and wash processes may produce slight variation in color and finish between runs; such variation is a characteristic of the goods and not a defect.

Warranties & liability

Goods are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and to conform to their published specifications. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer or commercial law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in the State of New York.
